Loch Ness Cottage
Our two bedroom holiday lodge sits at the edge of the forest and is a 1 minute walk from the shores of loch Ness.
Though the lodge is not situated on Loch Ness there is a limited partial view of the Loch from the patio.
There are two bedrooms one double and one twin.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including Induction hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, electric can opener and milk warmer
The travertine tiled shower room has toiletries provided.
A sizeable lounge area comes with two leather sofas to make your stay more comfortable a 42" TV with FreeSat ensures you can still watch your favourite TV programmes whilst on holiday.
Lastly, a log burner for both those cold winter and romantic nights .
Loch Ness Holiday Lodge is only a 3 minute walk to the Great Glen Way which is ideal for walkers, cyclists and dog owners. You can walk or cycle for many miles, you can climb the surrounding mountains and you can kayak or canoe in the waters of Loch Ness. From the lodge there is a partial view of Loch Ness and a great view of the 1000ft mountain on the other side of the loch. If you are lucky you might see deer, wild boar, pine marten, red squirrels, woodpeckers, jays, slow worms, pheasant, red legged grouse and who knows what else especially in the water.
We are the ideal location for visiting Urquhart castle and the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre to the north near Drumnadrochit, Eileen Donan castle on the Skye road to the west and Ben Nevis, Fort William to the south. You can take a cruise on Loch Ness from Fort Augustus or Drumnadrochit one of the big cruise boats or hire a canoe if you are more adventurous.
Our minimum night booking is 3 and we are also Pet Friendly. (There is a £20 per stay charge paid on arrival for each dog/cat. Max of two please).

Twin bedroom consisting of two single beds with a 3 drawer cabinet and double sliding door wardrobe.
Lounge area which includes a corner sofa, coffee table with drawers containing books and games along with a log burner (logs, gauntlet, fire lighters and kindling supplied).
Shower room with electric shower, luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied, wash-hand basin with luxury soap provided and toilet.
It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge (with small freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, electric can opener, milk warmer and microwave.
